1. About the sample: How could I get a sample?
Once receive your payment for samples and their express delivery and then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are the same as those on the pricelist. Express delivery charge depends on the weight of the samples.
2. About price list: can I get your price list?
Yes, please tell us the products (with their code number) and order quantity, and then we will offer the price by e-mail. (our price is base on the quantities) And our price list will keep updated every month.
3. About the shipment: what type of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by express delivery to your door or by air freight to your nearest airport. If the order quantity is large, we may ship by sea container. For ink cartridge and toner cartridge, the best ship way is by sea. |

4. About payment: what terms of payment do you use?
We usually accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) with our company account. Western Union, Money Gram to our accountant, and LC also acceptable
5. About the MOQ: What is your minimum order qty?
Our minimum order qty is 50pcs each model, but we accept small order as trial order.
6. About the defect rate and warranty: What is the defect rate of your cartridges? How long for warranty?
returning goods handling policy: usually, we shall arrange new replacements units together with your next new round order if the faulty goods is less than 1cbm; but please keep the faulty goods in your warehouse then marked date and defectiveness to the cartridge, we will ask our forwarder to collect them to our Hong Kong warehouse for being repaired; sometimes, if your side can repair its according to the suggestion from our engineer after agreement by both sides. We could offer you some free accessories to repair them and labor Cost will be afforded by our company. If the defective rate of whole order is higher than 5%, we shall collect all goods back for repair and produce new units to you. Please don't worry about the quality issue. MJL will bear our own responsibility. It's safe to run business with us. Products' warranty: for our HP goods, we promised that the defective rate is no more than 1%, if within the default rate, we will arrange the faulty goods be returned to our HK's company to repair, and our company affords the freight for the goods. This is our promise; we always have confidence with our quality. We are a reliable supplier which offers high quality goods.
7. About OEM: could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China?
